Our Mission is to Deliver Custom Tailored Legal Solutions to Fit Our Clients Goals, Priorities and Budgets.

Dear Clients, Prospective Clients and Visitors:

Thanks for visiting www.barhamlegal.com, the website for Barham Legal, LLC. I am proud delivering high-quality legal services to my clients in a range of business law and tax law related areas of legal practice.

Too often, the legal industry tries to apply a one-size-fits-all approach. Not here. My “Consultative Approach” means that I commit to working with you to tailor legal solutions that fit your unique needs and budget. Some clients and legal matters are well suited for hourly fees, others are better suited for a flat or tiered fee structure. Contingent fee arrangements sometimes make the most sense. Beyond flexible fee structuring, we won’t “over-lawyer” your matter. Instead, we will fit our work to your needs.

We do our best to simplify things. That’s why our website is clean, informative and user friendly. We’ll keep updating the site to make it an even better legal resource for you. So please check back often.

Thank you,

Dan Barham
